I was walking in my neighborhood and noticed a young girl's birthday party going on. Inflatables, a pinata, and a bunch of balloons. A 11 year old blind boy sat on the steps of a building with a hat by his feet. He held up a sign which said: “I am blind, please help.” There were only a few coins in the hat. A man, who happened to be a top-producing real estate , came by and put a few coins into the hat. He then paused and picked up the sign, turned it around. and wrote down a new sentence.
