What if Congress Eliminates the 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange?

Here is our August 13th, 2021 Email Update about Real Estate in Northwest Atlanta It may not be likely but there has been a lot of talk recently about Congress modifying or eliminating tax-deferred 1031 Exchanges.
