So, it has been a… let’s go with interesting year, to say the least. There is so much going on right now, that we wanted to take a closer look at the market in general as well as what all the experts have said about and what actually happened.
Let’s go back to April 2020. We were just out of the first quarter and the second quarter was full of fear and strange tidings. We were going into an economic decline due to, in no small part, the Covid outbreak.
It was predicted that going into the third, and later fourth quarter, that we would have a ‘V Shape’ recovery.
Take a moment and compare what the experts said would happen and what actually happened.
We can clearly see that what was predicted to happen did indeed happen. In fact, the V was at the sharpest of the predictions. Doing better even than any of the predictions anticipated!
As we look at the present day, there are still many questions regarding the real estate market. There is quite a bit of uncertainty in the world and there are rumors flying every which way.
