- New Listings decreased eight percent to 14,211. - Pending Sales increased 8 percent to 10,839. - Closed Sales were flat, with a .5 percent increase to 10,968. - Days on Market decreased 18 percent to 55 days. - Median Sales Price increased eight percent to $200,000. - Average Sales Price increased four percent to $245,458. - Inventory levels decreased 14 percent to 41,643 units. - Months Supply of Inventory was down 23 percent to four months. - Source Georgia … [Read more...]
Tiny Homes & Homlessness
Can tiny homes solve homelessness? Housing is not necessarily a solution to homelessness. At least, that's the opinion of Alan Graham. But Graham, the CEO of Austin-based Mobile Loaves & Fishes, thinks he knows what the solution is: a sense of community.
