July 2023 Report on the Real Estate Market

Some of you may not know that Donna and Mike Stott moved from Kailua, HI to Northwest Georgia in 2007 and started working as Coaches to top real estate agents nationwide. We sold our very successful real estate sales and property management business to Mike’s sister and her husband, who continue to run it today.
Our company Your Coaching Matters is fortunate to continue to work with these agents and these relationships help us “predict” the market in nearly all areas of the country.
We are seeing the laws of supply and demand play out across the country with a whopping 99% of the top 200 metro areas with fewer homes for sale. This means extremely low homes available to purchase and demand is relatively high, as buyers have adjusted to the new normal or interest rates between 6% and 7%.
