What does this mean for the Northwest Atlanta Investor? Good news if you own – prices went up – if you’re looking ot invest – buy now – low interest rates and the general publics’ reluctance to buy until it’s a “sure thing” causes most to miss out on the bets time ot buy an investment property in decades.

My Keller Williams office has a large institutional investor looking to buy 200 to 300 properties int he 1st quarter of 2013 – what do they know htat the average investor doesn’t? Nothing extraordinary – it’s just they know the bets market is still coming and positive cash fows mean they can hold the property or a while until they realize the gains the investors are looking for!
