Cherokee County

2017 # of Sales 4686 (down 1.9%)
Median Price was $254,443 (Up 8.7%)
and we have 1472 Active Listings (Down 22.9%) about a four-month supply of Homes!
Average Days on Market is 42 days

Both Counties show clearly it is a great time to sell – higher prices, low-interest rates and lots of demand!
